1. Acceptance of Terms

6. User-Generated Content
Comments, reviews, ratings, and similar contributions ("User Content") remain your property. By posting User Content on Fluxlend, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to post it.
7. Third-Party Content
Fluxlend provides links to games hosted by third-party publishers. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party games or their content. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Account-Free Model
Fluxlend does not require accounts or passwords. Your preferences and settings are stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data will remove this stored information. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from clearing browser storage.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without liability.
15. Changes to This Agreement

20. Entire Agreement
This User Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fluxlend regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
